Hard to believe since my last Body by vi update, which was only 2 weeks ago…the shake (and working out) is still producing results. I’m 45 days in with 45 to go. Here’s the latest:
Weight: 195 lbs
Body fat percentage: 11.8%
Fat: 23 lbs
Funny thing is, I went on a sales trip one of those weeks–ate too much (can’t pass up Texas Mexican food) and drank too much! And…missed several workouts. So, from February 20th when I started, I’ve lost 8 lbs of fat, gained 8 lbs of muscle. Really cool thing is I’ve gone from 36 pant size to 33. Now, other people are starting to notice.
Back in a few weeks with another update, and a few body by vi shake recipes that turns out are damn good!
